Do I pick the network when I create an invoice?

No. You bill a fiat amount and commit to no network. The customer's asset choice on checkout resolves the rail, halfin issues the matching deposit address, and the settled asset and network come back on the invoice record and on each signed webhook event. Verify the webhook's HMAC signature before acting, and read field schemas at docs.thehalfin.com.
