How do I pay developers and contractors across many countries?

You collect into your halfin balances, optionally consolidate with balance conversion, then pay out. Single payouts cover a one-off send with operator review; mass payouts fan out over the payouts API with a per-line idempotency key, so a list of contractors in many countries settles as one idempotent batch — submitting the same run twice does not pay twice. Each person is paid in an asset and network they can actually receive.
