If I bill in USD, what USDC amount does the customer send?

halfin maps your USD figure to the equivalent USDC amount and locks it when the invoice activates. The customer is shown a concrete USDC amount to send; your ledger records the USD amount you billed. Because USDC is a dollar-denominated stablecoin, the two figures are already close, and the fiat anchor keeps them pinned together for the life of the invoice. A lapsed invoice expires rather than re-pricing against a newer rate.
