Can I create multiple API keys?

Yes, and it is the intended pattern rather than a workaround. Create a separate API key for each integration and scope each one to exactly what that integration needs: a read-only key for your accounting export, a key scoped to payouts for your withdrawal flow, a key that only creates invoices for checkout. The scopes are enforced server-side, so a key can never do more than you granted it no matter how a request is shaped. The payoff is operational: when one key leaks or a developer leaves, you rotate that single credential and every other integration keeps running.
