How do I create a payout?

Create a payout with a single POST to /api/v1/payouts naming three things — the currency, the amount, and the destination address — and pass an idempotency key so a retry never sends twice. halfin validates the address against the chosen chain, reserves the funds from your merchant balance, and returns the payout in pending_approval. Nothing is signed or broadcast at this point: an operator releases it from the dashboard before anything leaves your balance.
